And thank you for a house full of people I love. Amen. ~Terri Guillemets

"The family.
We were a strange little band of characters
trudging through life
sharing diseases
and toothpaste,
coveting one another's desserts,
hiding shampoo,
borrowing money,
locking each other out of our rooms,
inflicting pain and kissing to heal it in the same instant,
loving,
laughing,
defending,
and trying to figure out
the common thread
that bound us all
 together."

~Erma Bombeck

“Home is where one starts from.” ~T.S. Eliot

“That pleasure
which is at once
the most pure,
the most elevating
and the most intense,
is derived,
I maintain,
from the contemplation
of the
beautiful.”

~Edgar Allan Poe

A wee child
toddling in a wonder world....
I prefer to their dogma
my excursions into the natural gardens
where the voice of the Great Spirit is heard
in the twittering of birds,
the rippling of mighty waters,
and the sweet breathing of flowers.
If this is Paganism,
then
at present,
at least,
I am a Pagan.

"Basically,
the only thing we need
is a hand
that rests on our own,
that wishes it well,
that sometimes
guides us."

~Hector Bianciotti
